Vanchit Vikas Sanstha (VVS) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities in Maharashtra. Established in 2002, our journey began with a firm commitment to provide equal opportunities for survival, education, healthcare, and dignified living to marginalized sections of society.

Our Founder’s Vision


VVS was founded by Mr. Rajendra Kale, a highly accomplished and esteemed figure in the field of social development. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from CSRD College, Ahmednagar, Mr. Kale has spent over 28 years working tirelessly to uplift disadvantaged communities across various sectors like education, environment, skill development, health and sanitation.

Mr. Rajendra Kale is renowned for his dedication and remarkable contributions to social welfare. Currently serving as the Secretary at VVS, Ahmednagar, he plays a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its mission of holistic social transformation. His visionary leadership, coupled with a relentless commitment to empowering marginalized groups, has earned him numerous accolades and recognition for his exemplary work.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Kale has spearheaded numerous impactful initiatives that have significantly improved lives. His innovative approaches and strategic interventions have successfully addressed complex social challenges, fostering sustainable development at the grassroots level. As a passionate advocate for social justice and equality, Mr. Kale continues to inspire others with his unwavering dedication to creating a more equitable society.
